Jeff Ethridge is a Texas native and he graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Port Arthur.
Then he served honorably in the United States Marine Corps. He moved to San Antonio and graduated
from the University of Texas at San Antonio cum laude in 1998. He graduated from the University of
Texas Medical School at Houston in June 2001. He completed his residency in Family Practice at McClennan
Family Practice Center in Waco Texas in July of 2004 and he has been with The South Alamo Medical
Group for 4 years.

degree (1975) and a doctorate degree in nursing science (1991) from Wayne State University,
and received her family nursing certification from Indiana University – IUPUI at Indianapolis
in 1980. Nurse Longworth has 36 years experience as an RN and 26 years experience as a FNP.

Dr. Roberto Treviño is originally from
San Antonio,
Texas. He received his medical
degree (M.D.) from the National University of Mexico in Mexico City under an exchange scholarship between the United States and Mexico. He then went to the
University of Health Sciences Center in
Chicago
where he received his residency training in Internal
Medicine (1980-1983) and received his fellowship training in
Critical Care Medicine (1983-1985) at the Chicago Institute
of Critical Care. Dr Treviño has been awarded 3 National
Institute Health grants worth $21 million dollars to
disseminate a success school-based diabetes prevention
program to schools around the country. |

Branch at Galveston in 2002. She completed her internal medicine residency at Greenville
Hospital System in Greenville, SC. Dr. Vasquez is certified by the American Board of
Internal Medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity University and a
Master of Science degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.
She is a member of the Texas Medical Association, American College of Physicians and the
Society of Hospital Medicine.

Daniel Wood MPAS, PAC is a Physician Assistant, board certified.
He received his Masters from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2002.
Daniel is a past President of the Society for Physician Assistants in Pediatrics.
Currently, he serves on the leadership and professional development committee for
the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Daniel has spoken on numerous pediatric
